COCR offers six very individually equipped and decorated apartments. Each one has kitchen, full bath and everything you need for an enjoyable vacation.
All tenants and visitors must be 18 years or older and anyone under age 25 must be associated with a tenant who is 25 years or older.
COCR caters primarily to couples. We will evaluate each iniquiry from singles or single visitors and strive to have a balance between couples, singles and gender.
