Accommodations & Rates
COCR offers five very individually equipped and decorated apartments. Each one has kitchen, full bath and everything you need for an enjoyable vacation.
The apartments have a radio/CD, but do not have a TV. Most guests prefer to bring their own DVD/media collection and watch it on their portable device.
All tenants and visitors must be 18 years or older and anyone under age 25 must be associated with a tenant who is 25 years or older.
COCR caters primarily to couples. We will evaluate each inquiry from singles or single visitors and strive to have a balance between couples, singles and gender.
